Cassandra Felix has been cooking for family and friends
for many years. Her cooking interests started in High school.
Along with her 2 years of
Gourmet cooking classes, and a course on Heart Healthy cooking from New York
Heart Association, Cassandra attended the California School of Culinary Arts,
Kitchen Academy, in Pasadena, where she received specialty classes from Chef Jet
Tila in Thai, Japanese and Chinese cooking.
Having a passion
for cooking and her love of people she decided not to open a restaurant as many
suggested but to become a personal chef where she can touch one life at a time. |
